Carbon brush component is made by the material we named YD285-3-6, as well as spring, wire, terminal/tab, copper sleeve or iron sleeve and red plastic casing(PA66).  Plastic casing resistant to high temperature, no more than 200 degrees. (usually around 150-180 degrees)Besides, carbon brush can be divided to double-layer/sandwich and single-layer.
