DW810/DW801/DW100 is for Dewalt machines. Size is 6.3*8*13.5mm. Usually, it is used for angle grinders. The most common materials are three types: electrographite, asphalt graphite, and resin graphite. This DW100 carbon brush has only tab and wire only. Tab can be used by copper plated iron or by copper, and this is decided by customers. Copper can be stored for a long time, but copper plated iron can not. Different materials lead to different effects, including noise and sparks.
